How to fly from Miami to Les Cayes, Haiti
Direct Miami–Les Cayes flights, Antoine-Simon Airport, and getting around once you land in southern Haiti.
For the diaspora, this is a big change: you no longer need to go through Port-au-Prince to reach the South.

- Since November 10, 2025, IBC Airways has operated direct Miami ↔ Les Cayes flights.
- According to Le Nouvelliste, since January 2026 there are 4 flights a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
- Check schedules and fares directly with the airline: they can change.
The airport
Antoine-Simon International Airport (CYA) is about 9 km north of Les Cayes. The government declared it an international airport on March 6, 2025.
