Antoine-Simon Airport (CYA) is about 9 km north of Les Cayes. It became an international airport on March 6, 2025.
IBC AirwaysDirect Miami ↔ Les Cayes flights since November 10, 2025. According to Le Nouvelliste, 4 flights a week since January 2026 (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday).
Sunrise AirwaysCap-Haïtien ↔ Les Cayes flights. Check their website for Port-au-Prince flights: they were suspended when we checked in October 2026.
Getting to Île-à-Vache
There's no bridge: you go by boat from the Les Cayes wharf. The crossing takes 30 to 45 minutes.
